I often steer away from labels as this work speaks for itself. However I am a devoted Reiki Master Teacher, and deeply study and share the Arts of Sacred Medicine. Once a nurse and paramedic, my journey led me to blend ancient wisdom, holistic practises with the technology of energetics to help others recalibrate their inner compass and embody their soul’s calling. Through rites of passage, 1:1 journeys, retreats, events, mentorships, and transformative group programs, I empower visionaries and creators to reclaim their embodied medicine, anchor their truth, and birth their boldest dreams into the waking reality of this life time. This medicine is deeply balanced with feminine and masculine energetics to deepen the harmonic sacred union within.
