i will be guiding an supporting you along your journey whilst weaving and teaching the arts of sacred medicine.

I’m here to walk beside you as you reclaim the power, wisdom, and truth that have always lived within you. This journey is one of remembering—a return to the ancient pulse of your soul and the magnetic potential of your sovereign self. With a devotion to Sacred Medicine and a background as a Reiki Master Teacher, somatic psychic, Arts of Sacred Medicine weaver, and trauma-informed breath-work facilitator, I bring together the realms of ancient energetics, embodied wisdom, and grounded science to guide you back to your unique path.

My own pilgrimage began when I chose to step away from a “safe” career as a nurse and paramedic, that left me feeling empty, burnt out and disconnected. It was a leap into the unknown—a courageous act of listening to my body, my instincts, and the whispers of my soul. That leap led me to this path of transformation, adventure, and deep connection to the unseen realms.

Through this work, I weave business energetics, sacred medicine journeys, and the mysteries of the Earth and cosmos to support you in stepping into your truest and dee timeline.
